Once your charcuterie arrives to you, we recommend placing it in the refrigerator if not consuming it right away. Though crackers should be taken off your board before refrigerating and can be kept at room temperature. The charcuterie is meant to be enjoyed within 24 to 48 hours.
Boards & Bonding only excepts order cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your confirmed delivery date. We do not except any returns once your order is delivered. All sales are final and non-refundable unless cancelled within the policy time frame.

If your order needs to be cancelled, we can gladly reschedule for a future date as long as requested date is available and within normal business hours and item (special) is available. Your new requested date needs to be given at least 48 hours ahead to confirm availability.
We require a minimum of 48 hours between your order date and delivery date. Orders are made fresh the day of delivery. To ensure availability and ample time to source specific items, we recommend ordering as far in advance as possible (especially during the holidays).

On some occasions we may be able to fill a last-minute order for the same or next day. Please email or call us to confirm availability.
